Wellness retreat details
- 4 nights at a beautiful retreat-style home to cater to your every need. The retreat starts Thursday at 5:00 pm and ends Monday at 10:00 am.
- Swedish massage, stretching, cupping deep tissue, lymphatic drainage.
- Tranquillity with guided restorative practices such as movement, yoga, breath and meditation techniques.
- Excitement with horseback riding in the Sonoran desert, hot air ballooning with desert views and a cold plunge to wake your senses (all are optional).
- Journaling/Free time
- Hiking/walks
- We will accommodate your special food requirements. Please share with us if you have food allergies. All meals are included except our last night out at a special restaurant.
- A special gift each day.
Booking details
- Shared room occupancy, $2,200. Early bird after March 27th $2,500.
If you are still deciding whether to meet new people, invite a friend! - Single-room occupancy is $3,200. Early bird after March 27th is $3,500.
- 50% deposit due time of registration. The remaining will be due three weeks before the event.
- Airport: Sky Harbor Airport is recommended. If you are driving, there is plenty of parking at the retreat home.
