As a passionate health and wellness advocate for midlife women, a best-selling author, mom of three, and a wife on a mission, I understand the ins and outs of these transformative years. My personal journey and private practice of 12 years, including my mother’s battle with dementia, have deepened my expertise in healthy aging and emotional well-being. I offer a holistic approach to wellness, focusing on physical, mental, and emotional health. My specialization in bio-age reversal, mitochondrial health, combines nutrition and lifestyle changes to positively impact gene expression. I know it sounds complicated, but truly it is easy— methods that have significantly aided my mother and many others.
Through my integrated wellness platform, guiding women to prioritize their self-care creates a solid foundation, fostering balance throughout all aspects of life. I am dedicated to helping you increase your energy, balance hormones naturally, clear brain fog for mental clarity, and shed physical and emotional weight. Uplifting women free from the stereotypes of aging has been a game-changer for so many of my clients with whom I’ve had the privilege of working.
I enjoy hiking in the high alpine mountains of Telluride and the desert oasis in AZ with our dog, treasure the sandstone beaches at Lake Powell with my family, lifting, and Pilates sessions, I have always loved connecting with women in community, whether it’s in my ‘Secrets of Smart Aging’ membership, entrepreneurial circles, or wellness retreats when women come together, great things happen.
